Thickener: sorbitol; potassium citrate, magnesium carbonate; acidifier: citric acid; creatine monohydrate, L-arginine, maltodextrin, flavourings, L-carnitine, L-tartrate, magnesium citrate, L-taurine, potassium bicarbonate, protected vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; coating agent: ethylcellulose); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia; zinc gluconate.

Directions for use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (200 ml). It is recommended to take one or two sachets per day.
