Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep, this beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed; it helps alleviate the effects of jet lag, this beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Water, fructose, Passiflora incarnata L. (passion flower) herb with flowers dry extract tit. 3.5% vitexin, Melissa officinalis L. (lemon balm) leaves dry extract tit. 12% rosmarinic acid, Griffonia semplicifolia (DC.) Baill. (griffonia) seeds dry extract tit. 25% 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), Valeriana officinalis L. (valerian) root dry extract tit. 0.8% total valerenic acids, Cratageus laevigata (Poir.) DC./Cratageus monogyna Jacq. (hawthorn) flowering tops dry extract tit. 2.5% hyperoside, flavourings; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidity regulator: citric acid; melatonin; sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides.

It is recommended to take 1.5 ml (about 45 drops) per day diluted in water or taken as is, half an hour before going to bed.
Shake before use.
