Description
Bunion Guard to provide comfort and protection around the sensitive and painful bony prominence. Made of elastic fabric with a gel tongue. The device helps prevent and relieve pain caused by bunions. The gel tongue absorbs pressure caused by friction of the shoe while walking. Thanks to its gel technology, the bunion guard has been specifically developed for bunions and stays in place on the foot all day long. The bunion guard can be worn under socks and/or stockings and with a variety of footwear.
How to use
The bunion guard is suitable for both the right and left foot. The feet must be clean and dry. Put the guard on the foot by inserting the big toe into the small opening and the other four toes into the large opening. Pull the bunion guard towards the ankle until the gel pad is positioned correctly around the bony prominence. The sock or stocking can be worn over the guard with or without shoes. Remove the product for at least 2-3 hours a day.
Cleaning: machine washable or hand washable at a maximum temperature of 30°. Air dry, away from direct heat sources. Do not dye. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.
Replace the product when it shows signs of wear, and in any case every six months.
Warnings
Do not use on an open or unprotected scar or wound. If irritation, discomfort or circulation problems occur, discontinue use and consult a podiatrist immediately. Do not cut or remove the ring around the big toe. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from flames.
This product is not suitable for people with diabetes or reduced sensation in their feet, as they may not be able to feel any rubbing or abrasion of the skin following the use of the bunion protector.
