Food supplement based on plant extracts, magnesium and melatonin.
Specially developed with a daytime formulation (white tablet) and a nighttime formulation (pink tablet) in a single package, with a double action it specifically combats the main daytime and nighttime disorders that occur during pre-menopause and menopause.
Thanks to the beneficial and recognized properties of its ingredients, it can represent an effective aid for all women in pre-menopause and menopause, who want to calmly face the problems that often arise: hot flashes, unstable mood, fatigue, maintenance of bone structures, cellular aging, increased fluid retention, accumulation of fat, feeling of hunger, difficulty sleeping.
In order to try to adapt the correct quantity of ingredients to the intensity of the disorders perceived by each woman, Valdispert Menopause Day&Night tablets are designed to be divided into two parts, thanks to the pre-cut line which therefore allows the administration to be modulated as needed.
The two formulations have 3 components in common, whose intake is recommended throughout the entire 24-hour period: phytoestrogens from red clover extract mimic the regulatory effects of female estrogens, counteracting hot flashes, while Vitis vinifera is known for its anti-aging action. Magnesium fights fatigue, stabilizes mood and participates in the maintenance of bone structures.
The day formula (white tablets) is also characterised by the presence of mate extract, which promotes weight control and has an energising effect.
The night formula (pink tablets) contains melatonin, which, when taken before going to bed, facilitates sleep.

How to use
For pre-menopausal disorders: 1/2 tablet of the day formula (white colour) in the morning and 1/2 tablet of the night formula (pink colour) in the evening just before going to bed.
For menopausal disorders: 1 day formula tablet (white color) in the morning and 1 night formula tablet (pink color) in the evening just before going to bed.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy.
The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor.

Conservation
Store at room temperature (not exceeding 25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in intact packaging.
