Thanks to its double-layer tablet with double release technology:
1. The 1st layer releases in 15 minutes, helping you fall asleep faster;
2. The 2nd layer gradually releases the ingredients for up to 8 hours, helping to promote relaxation and sleep.
Falling Asleep:
- melatonin 1 mg: contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime;
- lemon balm: promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
Regular sleep:
- hawthorn: promotes relaxation and mental well-being;
- passionflower: promotes quality sleep;
- California poppy: promotes relaxation for regular sleep;
- valerian: promotes relaxation for sleep.
Suitable for vegans.
