Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC., bark) dry extract titrated at 16% in cascarosides, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit) dehydrated juice, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate), frangula (Rhamnus frangula L., bark) dry extract titrated at 7.5% - 9%; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Gluten and lactose-free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules of the product per day, as needed, swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
