Description
Food supplement for sleep.
Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) tit. at 0.8% in valerenic acid, hops (Humulus lupulus L., cones) tit. at 0.4% min. in flavonoids, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., seeds) tit. at 2% triterpenic saponins, maltodextrins; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; colouring: titanium dioxide; melatonin.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.
How to use
It is recommended to take one to two tablets a day, swallowed whole with a glass of water, preferably in the evening, 30 minutes before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
