How to use
In the morning and in the evening.
Hold the toothbrush at an angle to the gums, tilting it at 45 degrees, so that half of the head is on the gum and half on the tooth.
Using gentle, circular motions and as little pressure as possible, move the toothbrush slowly along the dental arch to the back.
