Hawthorn (Cratageus monogyna Jacq., flower) 2.5% flavonoids; sweeteners: xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol syrup, sucralose, acesulfame K; gum base (contains soy lecithin, flavourings, inositol, caffeine; thickener: gum arabic; L-glutamine; stabiliser: glycerol; L-tyrosine, coenzyme Q10, blackberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L. fruit es) 1% anthocyanosides, L-arginine, L-theanine from green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze], L-carnitine, L-phenylalanine; emulsifier: E473; glazing agent: carnauba wax; antioxidant: E321; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin, chromium picolinate, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); colour: E133.

It is recommended to take 3 chewing gums a day.
