Description
Food supplement based on Californian poppy, hops, green tea, jujube and melatonin. With sweetener.
Californian poppy and hops promote relaxation and sleep.
Jujube, in addition to promoting relaxation and sleep, is useful for mental well-being.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) herb tit. 0.35% in protopine, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobile tit. 5% in flavonoids, green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves tit. 40% in theanine and 24% in EGCG, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) seeds tit. 3% in saponins, flavouring; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; melatonin.
Gluten and lactose free.
How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
