DescriptionInstant vegetable granular preparation, obtained with a mix of 5 selected vegetables, designed to prepare broth, risottos and vegetable minestrone and also ideal for enhancing the flavour of pan-fried vegetables, quick or elaborate meat and fish dishes.
Ingredients
Table salt; flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate; dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (celery - onion 9.6%, garlic - carrot - leek 2.9%), maltodextrin, potato starch, seed oil (corn and/or sunflower), caramelized sugar, natural celery flavouring.
May contain lactose and peanuts .
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
For an excellent broth: dissolve 1 teaspoon (4 g) of product in 250 ml of boiling water.
To flavor your dishes: add the product as a total or partial replacement for salt.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to air, do not take the product with wet spoons and store it preferably in the refrigerator.
