Description
Gluten-free broth preparation, exclusively vegetable, with a harmonious and delicate flavor. Extra virgin olive oil completes and enriches its unique Mediterranean flavor.
Ingredients
Table salt, yeast extract, sugar, dehydrated vegetables in var. prop. 6.1% (carrot, onion, celery , chard), extra virgin olive oil 5%, extract for vegetable broth; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; spices, natural flavouring.
May contain peanuts .
Gluten free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
For broth: dissolve 5 g of product (1 teaspoon) in 250 ml of boiling water, and leave to boil for 1-2 minutes to cook the vegetables (visible in small pieces).
As a seasoning: add the product as a partial or total replacement for salt when preparing dishes.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place; do not take the product with wet spoons. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to air and store it preferably in the refrigerator.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
