Food supplement that promotes relaxation and mental well-being (hawthorn, griffonia), relaxation in the presence of stress (lavender), normal mood (lavender, griffonia). It also contains schisandra, an adaptogenic tonic, and vitamins B6 and B12 that contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds es tit. 25% 5-HTP (5-hydroxy-tryptophan), schisandra [Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.] fruit es tit. 1% schisandrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; true lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flowers es, hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.] flowers and leaves es tit. 0.5% flavonoids (hyperoside), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol.

How to use
Take 2 tablets when needed, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening are recommended, with a little water. If necessary, you can take up to a maximum of 4 tablets per day.
