MeZinat
Food supplement based on Melatonin, Magnesium and Zinc. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The presence of Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and Zinc to normal cognitive function. Melatonin also helps alleviate sleep disorders due to time zone changes.

Melatonin, Magnesium and Zinc.
How to use
Pour the contents of 1 sachet into 150 ml of water, mix well until completely dissolved. Take 1 sachet per day, preferably before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For optimal use of the product, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The beneficial effect on reducing the time needed to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. The beneficial effect on jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product.
