Description
Type II medical face masks, disposable, made of 3 layers of non-woven fabric.
Intended to be used as isolation face masks on patients or other persons in order to reduce the risk of spreading infections in epidemic or pandemic situations.
Rectangular shape. With ear loops and adjustable nose clip.
Fiberglass free and latex free.
High filtering capacity (<98%).
Class 1 medical device.
Complies with EC directives 93/42.
How to use
Wash your hands thoroughly with alcohol gel or soap and water before touching the mask. Check that the mask is not broken or has holes/discontinuities.
Stretch the mask with the stiffest part facing up. Hold the mask by the elastic bands and tighten them behind the ears. Make sure the mask fits snugly on your face, covering your nose, mouth and chin. Make sure the nose piece fits the shape of your nose.
Components
3 layers of non-woven fabric:
- OUTER LAYER: Non-woven Spunbond Fabric.
- INTERMEDIATE LAYER: PP Melt Blown fabric.
- INNER LAYER: Non-woven Spunbond material.
Elastic material: cotton-spandex.
Nasal adapter material: aluminum covered with polypropylene plastic.
Warnings
Single use: do not reuse.
Not sterile.
Check the integrity of the product before use.
Wear the mask so that it always covers both your nose and mouth.
If tears and/or stains are present, use a replacement mask.
In case of prolonged use, replace the mask after approximately 4-5 hours of use.
After use, the used mask may be contaminated. Do not touch the body of the mask with your fingers, but remove it by grasping it by the elastic bands.
Perform thorough hand disinfection after removing the mask.
Dispose of the used mask when it is no longer needed, as per the regulations in force in your municipality.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Validity with intact packaging: 48 months.
