Alpha lipoic acid, dry extract of Ginkgo leaves (Ginkgo biloba L.) (50:1); coating agent: gelatin; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal, with a glass of water.
