Iron
Iron reduces tiredness and fatigue by promoting energy metabolism and cognitive functions. It promotes the synthesis of hemoglobin in red blood cells and the transport of oxygen in the body. It intervenes in the processes of cell division and helps maintain the normal function of the immune system.
Free from alcohol, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners.

Ingredients
Bidistilled vegetable glycerin, pure water; fresh meristematic tissues (1%): tamarisk (Tamarix gallica) buds, hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) buds, raspberry (Rubus idaeus) young shoots, dog rose (Rosa canina) young shoots; iron gluconate, ribose, fructose 1,6-diphosphate; acidity regulator: citric acid; inositol, betaine citrate, choline tartrate; mixture of nucleotides: AMP (adenosine monophosphate), CMP (cytosine monophosphate), GMP (guanosine monophosphate), UMP (uridine monophosphate); glutathione; natural sweetener: thaumatin (E957).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 measuring spoon (5 ml) diluted in a little water, one to four times a day at any time (from 5 to 20 ml per day). It is suggested to drink the product in small sips to promote sublingual assimilation. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Graduated measuring spoon included in the package.
