Melissa, hawthorn, chamomile and mandarin promote relaxation and mental well-being. Californian poppy, linden and lavender have a calming effect in case of stress and, together with chamomile and passion flower, facilitate sleep. In addition, magnesium contributes to the functioning of the nervous system and helps maintain normal psychological function.
