Description
Manganese contributes to the maintenance of bones, promotes the formation of connective tissues and protects cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B12, a natural source of cobalt in organic form, promotes the formation of red blood cells, supports the functioning of the immune system and the nervous system, maintains normal psychological function, reduces tiredness and fatigue, intervenes in the process of cell division and in the metabolism of homocysteine. In addition, manganese and vitamin B12 both promote energy metabolism.

How to use
Take 5 ml diluted in a little water, one to four times a day at any time (5 to 20 ml per day). Drink the product in small sips to promote sublingual assimilation. It can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
