Rosemary promotes the regular functioning of the cardiovascular system, digestive and liver function, regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.
It also has an antioxidant action.
Ingredients
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) flowering tops EO
OE = essential oil (Aetheroleum)
How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops of EO per day, diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water, to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking).
External use is possible for relaxing massages by diluting appropriately in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops to aroma diffusers.
2 drops on average contain 87 mg of rosemary EO.
Close carefully after use.
