Directions for use
Cook in plenty of boiling water (about 2 liters per 80 grams of pasta) for 12-13 minutes. Initially, stir gently to prevent them from breaking. When the shells are at the desired consistency, drain them, reserving some of the cooking water. Combine the pasta with the sauce, add the cooking water, and mix well for a creamy and rich consistency.
If preparing a cold pasta dish, drain and dress with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking, without cooling under water.
