Description
High-calorie, low-sugar, high-fiber ketogenic cacao bar with medium-chain fatty acids. Contains sweeteners.
Indicated for the dietary management of:
- ketogenic diet;
- additional need for MCT fats.
Ingredients
Cocoa butter 30%, medium-chain triglycerides 21.2% (from palm and coconut fat), vegetable fiber (chicory inulin, soluble corn fiber), sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; cocoa powder 6%, milk proteins, "Piedmont Hazelnut PGI" paste, natural vanilla flavor.

Directions for use
The quantity of the product must be determined by the physician or dietitian, based on the patient's age, weight, and clinical conditions. The amount of MCT fats consumed should be increased gradually to avoid osmotic diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain, vomiting, or headache.
Warnings
The product must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as a sole nutritional source. Do not use parenterally. Suitable for children over 3 years and adults. Not suitable for people not affected by the mentioned conditions.
Not suitable in case of ketoacidosis/acidosis, decompensated liver cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease, metabolic diseases (e.g., MCAD, VLCAD, LCHAD, CPT1, CPT2, CACT deficiency). Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
May contain soy, lactose (milk), and tree nuts (almonds).
Storage
Store in a dry place away from heat and light sources, below 18°C. If the product is exposed to low temperatures, white spots may appear on the surface; if the product is brought back to room temperature, it will return to its standard appearance.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 12 months.
