Description
Ankle brace indicated in cases of mild and medium severity distortion of the external compartment and in the post-operative rehabilitation phase or after removal of the cast.
Characteristics
- patented system of elastic bandages with external dynamic recall and anti-varus effect;
-3D Motion Technology fabric designed to best adapt to the shape of the ankle;
-comfortable malleolar protection pads;
- area with perforated fabric at the instep;
-ambidextrous anklet.
Any measurements reported are to be considered with a tolerance of ± 1 cm.
Composition
68% polyamide, 26% rubber fibre, 14% polyester, 2% elastane.
How to use
How to wear: put the ankle brace on like a sock so that the GIBAUD logo is on the upper part of the ankle. Make sure that the protective pads are positioned at the malleoli. Apply the elastic bandage at the velvet insert on the top of the foot.
Caution : Make sure the foot symbol corresponds to the foot to be treated (right foot symbol on the right foot, left foot symbol on the left foot).
Pull the bandage in the direction indicated by the arrow on the foot symbol and, pulling it evenly, rotate it first under the sole of the foot and then above it so that the velvet circle is centered on the back of the foot. Continue the rotation movement by passing the heel through the loop of the two straps. Fix the end of the strap on the velvet circle.
For washing: hand wash in water at 30°C with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, leave to dry horizontally. Do not iron.
