Description
Food supplement of DHA multivitamin-multimineral with methylated folic acid, iodine, B vitamins, vitamin D, vitamin E with manganese, copper and zinc; indicated mainly before, during and after pregnancy and in any case throughout the breastfeeding period.
Ingredients
B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12), manganese, copper, folic acid, iron, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium, iodine, vitamin H, vitamin D, DHA.
How to use
1 capsule and 1 tablet per day to be taken together and preferably during or before main meals; to be swallowed without chewing, breaking or opening.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not consume after the expiry date.
Conservation
