Earwax is an oily, wax-like substance produced by the ceruminous glands in the external auditory canal.
It normally has a protective and emollient function and, since it tends to flow outwards, it helps keep the ear clean.
When there is too much earwax, it stops flowing outward as it should and begins to accumulate inside the ear canal, causing blockage, also known as earwax plug.
Symptoms
In most cases, earwax blockage can cause the following symptoms:
• hearing loss;
• feeling of echoing in one's own voice;
• perception of full or blocked ear;
• tinnitus;
• earache.
Remedy
The product is useful for softening and gently removing excess earwax.
