Description
Food supplement useful in counteracting the formation of free radicals.
Property
Lycopene
Carotenoid with antioxidant action, protects the structures of cell membranes from the attack of circulating free radicals.
Astaxanthin
Carotenoid produced by microalgae of the species Haematococcus pluvialis. Antioxidant agent for the inactivation of free radicals and inhibition of all ROS. Protects the membranes of Langerhans cells and keratinocytes from damage induced by solar radiation.
Beta-carotene
Carotenoid precursor of vitamin A, with antioxidant action against free radicals.
Shark cartilage
It strengthens the immune system and stimulates cellular regenerative processes, accelerating tissue healing.
Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone)
In the skin it has a fat-soluble antioxidant activity, with neutralization of peroxides which, by damaging collagen and elastin, are responsible for the loss of elasticity and the formation of wrinkles.
Tyrosine
Amino acid precursor of melatonin. It promotes, during its transformation into melanin, the oxidation of phenols (toxic molecules) into quinones (low toxicity molecules).
Glucosamine (chondroitin)
It stimulates the production of glucosaminoglycans, essential for the integrity of connective tissue and the dermis. Its action is synergistic with that of Shark Cartilage.
