Hypertonic means that the saline solution has a salt concentration similar to that of the sea, thus higher than that of the human body. The use of a hypertonic solution is useful as a support in cases of: chronic sinusitis, seasonal allergic rhinitis, for the treatment and prevention of otitis, post-operative for patients undergoing paranasal sinus surgery.
How to use
The isotonic solution is obtained by dissolving one sachet of salts in the nasal rinse and adding 250 ml of lukewarm water.
Components
Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, panthenol (vitamin B5), hyaluronic acid sodium salt.

Available in packs of 15, 30 or 60 sachets of 7.5 g. With nebulizer.
