Gel with kerato-regulating action and/or

Hyperkeratosis:
the symptom of a multisystemic and multifactorial phenomenon that requires a multiple and synchronous intervention

1 at the dermal level, controlling as much as possible the reactivity of the local mast cell;

ADELMIDROL/HYALURONIC ACID COMPLEX
Adelmidrol is the Aliamide capable of controlling, when applied topically and made “bioadhesive” by hyaluronic acid, the hyper reactivity of the local mast cell.

2 at the intermediate level, optimizing keratinocyte differentiation;

TOCOPHEROL/RETINOL COMPLEX
The Tocopherol/Retinol complex ensures the optimization of the keratinization process of keratinocytes.

3 at the level of the superficial layers of the skin, determining keratoregulation or inducing keratolysis, so as to limit the accumulation of low-vitality keratinocyte cells.

UREA/GLYCERIN COMPLEX
Urea determines progressive controlled disaggregation of keratin, while Glycerin guarantees the right degree of superficial moistening of the treated skin.

Hyperkeratosis and dry skin on the foot are the most obvious symptoms of a multi-systemic and multi-factorial phenomenon which is in turn conditioned by multiple endogenous (aging, metabolic diseases) and/or exogenous (mechanical, chemical, physical) stresses to which an organ as complex as the foot must continually adapt.

In fact, different district systems such as the vascular, nervous (both somatic and autonomic), and immune systems participate in this phenomenon.

Intersystemic regulation is managed by the district mast cell that acts as a true “conductor” of the tissue homeostatic balance. The mast cell, in fact, controls the permeation of water from the microcirculation, the activation and convergence of keratinocytes, the recruitment and activation of fibroblasts and therefore the normal organization of collagen, the regulation of the “pain threshold” (peripheral sensitization), the keratinization process and transdermal water loss (TEWL - Trans Epidermal Water Loss).

In situations of mast cell dysregulation, the symptoms of hyperkeratosis and dryness evolve towards more serious stages such as epidermal cracks (the classic one is the one on the heel) up to ulcerative lesions of the lower limbs.

It is clear, therefore, that to causally (and not only symptomatically) modify such symptoms, it is necessary to intervene on at least three different parameters, necessarily in a synchronous manner.
