Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
The tablets should be swallowed with liquid.
The beneficial effect in case of jet lag is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed, on the first day of travel and continuing for a few days after arriving at your destination.
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, take 1 mg just before bedtime.
