Description
Lietoson Complex tablets is a food supplement based on plant extracts, melatonin and vitamins. The fast layer is based on valerian and melatonin, which contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep; griffonia also promotes mental well-being. The 6-hour retard layer is based on Californian poppy and hops, useful for maintaining sleep.
Also for vegans.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, glyceryl dibehenate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial part dry extract titrated at 0.35% in protopine, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part with flowers dry extract titrated at 4% in total flavonoids calculated as vitexin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds dry extract titrated at 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, hop (Humulus lupulus L.) cones dry extract; stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablets per day, in the evening, half an hour before bedtime. To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin (2 tablets) just before bedtime.
