Food supplement with SAMe, a compound naturally present in the body that participates in the synthesis of neurotransmitters, plant extracts, and vitamins.
St. John's Wort promotes normal mood, relaxation, and mental well-being, while Ashwagandha, as a tonic-adaptogen, is useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue.

SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate tosylate), St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) aerial part with flowers dry extract, titrated to 0.3% in hypericin; ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) root dry extract, titrated to 2.5% in withanolides; bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid); coating: gastro-resistant vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; gelling agent: gellan gum).
Gluten-free and lactose-free.
