How to use
It is recommended to shake the product well before use. It is recommended to take 10 ml per day, diluted in a large glass of water (about 150 ml), preferably in the morning. The product can also be diluted in a liter of water to drink throughout the day.
As this is a natural product, a bottom deposit may form. The product may vary slightly in taste, color and consistency; however, this does not affect its quality.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contains EGCG (.15 mg/day). Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach or if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by minors under 18 years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
