Description
Food supplement based on horsetail, nettle, artichoke and hibiscus plants useful for promoting a physiological drainage of body fluids. Peppermint completes the herbal tea.
Ingredients
Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial parts 25%*, peppermint (Menta x piperita L.) leaves 25%*, nettle (Urtica dioica L.) leaves 20%*, hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers 20%*, artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves* 10%.

Gluten free.

How to use
To prepare the herbal tea, pour boiling water (about 150 ml) into a cup, add 1 filter bag and let it steep for 5-8 minutes. Cover the cup to avoid losing the more volatile substances. Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of the teaspoon. Use 1 bag per cup. Enjoy plain or sweeten to taste.
It is recommended to take 2 cups of herbal tea per day, away from meals.
