Active ingredients: chamomile, centella, St. John's wort, horse chestnut, witch hazel, poppy, poplar, mint, cypress, yarrow, Bach beech flowers, Bach crab apple flowers, Bach holly flowers, Bach walnut flowers, Bach white chestnut flowers, Bach willow flowers.
How to use
- 2 to 5 drops for rubbing, touching, massage, inhalation.
- From 10 to 30 drops for baths, compresses, foot baths. Dilute the established dose in a suitable vehicle: shower gel, intimate cleanser, cleansing milk, vegetable oil, etc.
