100% natural essential oil of bitter orange (Citrus aurantum L.ssp amara Engl.).
How to use
Dilute 1 to 3 drops in a little sugar or other natural sweetener 1-3 times a day, equal to a daily dose of 0.24-0.0216 grams of essential oil. Synephrine intake < 30 mg/day, other amine intake < 3.5 mg/day.
Warnings
Essential oils are concentrated substances and should not be used pure, but diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Keep away from heat sources, flammable liquids. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
