To make this oil, the flowers of Arnica Montana were used, collected in their best balsamic time, in the heart of summer, when the sun reflects the maximum of its heat and gives the plant its characteristic yellow-orange color. A delicate massage with this oil is the best to perform on sprains, bruises, acne, muscle pain, it gives energy to tired and aching limbs. The oil-Arnica extract ratio is the ideal recommended to obtain the maximum benefit.
How to use
Pour about a tablespoon of oil into your hand and then apply it to the desired area. The amount may vary depending on the degree of hydration of the skin and the duration of the massage.
