How to use
Adults: 1 stick per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before going to bed.
Pour the contents of the stick into a dry glass and add water or milk as long as it is not hot. Mix well before use. The possible presence of undissolved particles after shaking is a natural characteristic of the product, therefore it does not constitute a defect.
