Description
Energy bar for athletes recommended to provide energy in solid form, before and during training with beta-alanine and slow-release carbohydrates.
Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid essential for the synthesis of carnosine, a dipeptide present in muscle in high concentrations.
An adequate supply of carnosine in the muscles helps buffer the lactic acid produced in the muscles during intense and prolonged efforts.
The bar was developed to offer a significant energy intake spread across multiple nutrients, it provides glutamine, and is therefore suitable for longer rides and more demanding endurance activities. It offers a quick but long-lasting energy intake.
Without added fat, it is easily digestible and easy to chew. It maintains its characteristics even in critical situations.
Suitable for vegetarians.

- Medium races: take around halfway with a little water.
