Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid fundamental for the synthesis of carnosine, a dipeptide present in high concentrations in muscle.
Adequate muscle availability of carnosine helps to buffer lactic acid produced in muscles during intense and prolonged efforts.
The bar has been developed to offer a significant energy supply spread across multiple nutrients, it provides glutamine, and is therefore suitable for longer outings and more demanding endurance activities. It offers a quick energy supply that lasts over time.

Directions for use
