Food supplement for athletes formulated to optimize resistance. Contains complex carbohydrates and electrolytes useful for maintaining resistance performance during prolonged physical exercise. Pre Gara Endurance provides long-chain maltodextrins, glucogenic amino acids and branched amino acids, capable of being metabolized at different times. The presence of vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and Folate) helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, while the electrolytes present (Ca, Mg, K) contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow for physiological energy metabolism and Vitamin B6 supports normal protein metabolism. Vitamin C, at the proposed dosage, contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical effort and protects cells from oxidative stress. Contains neither gluten nor lactose.

How to use
It is recommended to use the product approximately 30 minutes before sports. Use 1 sachet in approximately 200 ml of water for medium-duration activities, 2 sachets (in approximately 400 ml of water) in the case of intense and prolonged physical effort. To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the external temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink approximately 200 cc of water approximately 10-15 minutes before the start of the performance.

Warnings
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended intake quantities. Do not use during pregnancy and in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. The beneficial effect of vitamin C is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake. The product is tested free of Nandrolone and Testosterone with their precursors, free of Beta2 agonists, diuretics, amphetamines and ephedrine.
