Thanks to the presence of B vitamins (B1, B6, B12) and electrolytes (Na, Ca, Mg, K), recovery extreme contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to normal energy metabolism. The product contains sensoril, extracted from Withania S., which is an adaptogenic tonic, useful for combating physical and mental tiredness, and facilitating psycho-physical relaxation.

How to use
Dissolve 50 g (2 scoops) in approximately 250 ml of water. Take 15-30 minutes after intense sporting activity.
