Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, useful for transporting oxygen to the body's tissues. Folate contributes to normal hematopoiesis and the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. Vitamin C increases the absorption of Iron. Iron, Folate and Vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
