Description
Medical device with a strong balsamic component, formulated to modulate cough without inhibiting it. IMMUNILFLOR Cough SYRUP Junior, in case of wet cough, hydrates the mucous membrane of the airways and promotes the expulsion of mucus; in case of dry cough, it acts by calming irritation. The mucoadhesive formulation, thanks to the presence of a high content of polysaccharides and honey, adheres to the irritated oral mucosa, acting as a protective barrier, protecting it from contact with external agents and promoting the resolution of its micro-lesions. Indicated for children aged 1 to 12 years.
- Honey: enriches the product with natural beneficial substances for health; it also has a soothing action against coughs, which can worsen the symptoms of cold-related illnesses.
- Lichen: a plant with various qualities: antitussive, antidiarrheal, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial. Icelandic Lichen has marked antimicrobial properties, thanks to usnic acid. Icelandic Lichen is used as an emollient for irritated mucous membranes and as an expectorant for coughs, preventing dryness and irritation of the oral cavity.
- Plantain: expectorant for bronchial catarrh, soothes sore throats and inflammations of the oral mucous membranes, exerts an anti-inflammatory action (mucilaginous polysaccharides), particularly useful for tracheitis and gingivitis. Plantain is also used for its antiallergic, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.
- Eucalyptus: is known for its balsamic and antiseptic action and for its beneficial effects on the oral cavity and upper respiratory tract. Indicated for thinning and eliminating bronchial secretions.
- Propolis: Propolis is made up of numerous substances: plant resins, vitamins, amino acids, mineral salts, bioflavonoids, but above all galangin, a bioflavonoid with antibacterial activity. The antibacterial properties of Propolis are due to multiple mechanisms: it inhibits the division of bacterial cells; disorganizes the cytoplasm and cell membrane of bacteria; causes bacteriolysis; inhibits protein synthesis. Other actions of Propolis are: immunostimulant, anti-inflammatory, anesthetic, healing, antifungal; these properties are particularly evident at the level of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract.

Instructions for use
Children from 1 to 3 years: 2.5 ml.
Children from 3 to 6 years: 5 ml.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 7.5 ml, to be repeated twice a day, or according to different medical advice, up to a maximum of 4 times a day.
It is advisable to administer the last dose before going to bed.

Composition
Wildflower honey, eucalyptus honey, dry extracts of Icelandic lichen and plantain rich in polysaccharides, eucalyptus and propolis, demineralized water, fructose, sorbitol, malic acid, xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose, flavor, steviol glycosides, potassium sorbate.
Does not contain gluten and lactose.
