It helps the body lose weight by reducing the absorption of carbohydrates and fats. It is an important support for low-calorie diets, limiting the intake of excess calories.
Nopal limits the absorption of fats and carbohydrates and caloric intake. By reducing appetite, it is an aid in weight control programs. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and intervenes in the normal metabolism of macronutrients.
