Description
Food supplement based on lactulose, with concentrated prune juice, and plant extracts of marshmallow, tamarind, milk thistle, dandelion, artichoke, cinnamon, witch hazel, mallow, and mint. Lactulose contributes to the acceleration of intestinal transit (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 10 g of lactulose per day in a single portion). Prune, tamarind, mallow, dandelion, cinnamon, and witch hazel promote regular intestinal transit. Tamarind and mallow promote normal stool volume and consistency; marshmallow promotes intestinal transit and also has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system. Milk thistle, artichoke, and dandelion promote liver and purifying functions and contribute to digestive action. Furthermore, artichoke, cinnamon, and mint promote the elimination of intestinal gas. Mint also regulates gastrointestinal motility and has digestive functions like cinnamon.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 measuring cup (20 ml) daily, in a single dose, as is or diluted in water, in the evening, before going to bed. It is recommended to accompany the intake with a large glass of water. Shake before use. As this is a product with natural components, any sediments and/or variations in color or taste from one batch to another do not affect its quality.
