Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts of ashwagandha, lavender, lemon balm, and hops, with magnesium and L-theanine (an amino acid naturally found in green tea leaves).
Ashwagandha root has tonic-adaptogenic properties, acts as a tonic in cases of physical and mental fatigue, and is useful for relaxation and mental well-being.
Lemon balm also promotes relaxation and mental well-being and helps maintain a positive mood.
Hops and lavender promote relaxation in cases of stress.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Contains no artificial colors, preservatives, or GMOs.

Ingredients
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) root and herb d.e. titrated to 10% withanolide glycosides, L-theanine, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves d.e. titrated to min. 7% in hydroxycinnamic acids as rosmarinic acid, magnesium, lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) flowering tops d.e. 4/1, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobiles d.e. titrated to 0.1% in flavonoids, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate and cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; colorant: chlorophyllin copper complex.

Directions for use
