Food supplement of alpha-lipoic acid, glutamic acid, vitamins, chromium and selenium.
Vitamins C and E and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the physiological metabolism of homocysteine and chromium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.
Ingredients
Alpha-lipoic acid; bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; glutamic acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid; coating agent: ethylcellulose), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), L-selenomethionine, calcium D-pantothenate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets per day, as needed, accompanied by a little water.
