Food supplement with melatonin and valerian. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time needed to fall asleep; the effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Valerian promotes physiological relaxation and rest.Ingredients

Instructions for use
Take 5 drops of the product daily, diluted in a little water, shortly before bedtime. It is advisable to shake the product before use. The possible presence of small undissolved particles is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an intact package. Storage period after first opening: 3 months.
