Melatonin and valerian food supplement. Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep; the effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Valerian promotes physiological relaxation and rest.Ingredients

How to use
Take 5 drops of product per day, diluted in a little water, just before bedtime. It is recommended to shake the product before use. The possible presence of small undissolved particles is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Conservation
