Food supplement of iron and vitamins, useful for combating tiredness and fatigue. Iron participates in the physiological processes of formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, contributing to normal oxygen transport in the body; vitamin C promotes its absorption and has a coadjuvant effect in protecting cells from oxidative stress, while folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute, respectively, to hematopoiesis and the formation of red blood cells.Ingredients
Ferrous bisglycinate; maltodextrin; food gelatin capsule; ascorbyl palmitate; calcium ascorbate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
How to use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
