Description
Food supplement based on S-adenosyl-L-methionine and melatonin, useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased organic need for these nutrients. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep; this effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), mannitol; S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate, p-toluenesulfonate, fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropylcellulose, ethylcellulose, carnauba wax; colourants: titanium dioxide, E133; melatonin; stabilizer: glycerol.
Gluten free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day, swallowed with a sip of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and localized heat sources, sunlight and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
