Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients
White coating 29% [sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, coconut), skimmed milk powder ; emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavourings], eggs , sugar, corn starch, sunflower oil; humectant: glycerol; egg yolk; vegetable fibres: bamboo fibre, psyllium seed fibre; pistachio grains 1.8%; emulsifiers: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids; skimmed milk powder; thickener: guar gum, corn maltodextrin; raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate; flavouring, salt.
May contain traces of other nuts ( almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts ).
Gluten free.
